With a network of more than 2000 leaders and 350 corporate and community organizational partners in the USA, The Made Man (TMM) is uniquely positioned to assist in engaging much needed solution-based discussions and ensuring the right leaders are at the table for action. In this vein, TMM will be launching a call of action aimed at providing leaders, youth, communities, and businesses with strategies for change.

Through positive conversations , community programming and thought leadership activation, TMM leaders will share insight, resources, and techniques necessary to influence change during these times. This program will be activated locally, nationally, and globally.

TMM will form think tanks to convene thought leaders to support community programs as a funnel of opportunities, conversations, and solutions for our communities. Action plans will be provided for each city and create a think-a-thon to take their plans and steps to collaborate with local stakeholders for the execution of plans.
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT (PSA)
TMM will curate Public Service Announcements (PSA) videos via TMM thought leaders and community partners to disseminate awareness, support, and conversations regarding pandemic impact and solutions.
VIDEO PODCAST
TMM will host interviews via video for impact makers to share thought leadership on the TMM Podcast which will be distributed on various podcast sites such as Spotify, Apple, Google podcasts, and more.
ROUND TABLES
TMM will host virtual round table discussions with community leaders, TMM network of over 350 organizational partners. The platforms will create a platform for reflection and "real dialogue" focused on impacting policy and change within local and national agendas. It will be used to facilitate truthful conversations toward actionable solutions.
TMM ACADEMY
TMM leaders will create a suite of courses and workshops as subject matter experts to provide insight on "how to" as a constructive, organized response to empower vital community infrastructure, resources, and people.
MADE MAN MASTERMIND - M3
Individually curated videos created by TMM network of alumni and community partners addressing the pandemic, impact, and solutions based on real-life experiences. These videos will be shared by the TMM leaders, TMM partners, and TMM social network platforms.
